Terms of Service

Last updated: 15 August 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BlinkSync service ("Service") operated by Arrowknee Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England & Wales.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What BlinkSync does

BlinkSync is a transaction forwarding service. It receives real-time transaction notifications from your bank via webhooks and forwards them to your chosen personal finance application. BlinkSync does not:

  • - Access your bank account, balance, or transaction history
  • - Initiate payments or transfers on your behalf
  • - Store your transaction data (transactions are forwarded in real time and not persisted)
  • - Provide financial advice, budgeting recommendations, or financial planning services

3. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Each account may create up to 10 connections (source bank + destination app pairs). We may adjust this limit with reasonable notice.

4. Pricing & payment

Plan Price Billing
Annual £16 / year Recurring annual. Cancel any time.
Lifetime £48 once One-time payment. No renewals.

All prices include applicable taxes. We may adjust pricing for new subscribers with at least 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers are honoured at their original price.

5. Free trial & refunds

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. You can cancel at any time during the trial and you will not be charged.

Both plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of payment. To request a refund, email support@arrowknee.com.

6. Lifetime plan

"Lifetime" means the commercial lifetime of the BlinkSync product, that is, for as long as Arrowknee Ltd continues to operate the BlinkSync service. It does not mean perpetual or indefinite.

If we discontinue the Service, we will provide at least 90 days' notice to all users. Lifetime plan holders will not be entitled to a refund beyond the 30-day money-back period, but will retain full access until the service is shut down.

Lifetime access is personal and non-transferable. It covers the features available at the time of purchase and any future updates or improvements we make to the Service.

7. Third-party services & availability

BlinkSync depends on third-party services including banks (Monzo, Starling, Up Bank, bunq) and personal finance applications (YNAB, Lunch Money, PocketSmith, Liquid Budget). We do not control these services and cannot guarantee their continued availability, API stability, or webhook support.

Important: If a bank or finance app changes, restricts, or removes its API or webhook functionality, BlinkSync may be unable to support that integration. This is outside our control and is not grounds for a refund beyond the 30-day money-back period.

We will make reasonable efforts to:

  • ✓ Adapt to API changes where feasible
  • ✓ Communicate disruptions promptly
  • ✓ Add support for alternative integrations

8. Service availability

We aim to keep BlinkSync available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime caused by:

  • - Scheduled or emergency maintenance
  • - Third-party infrastructure failures (AWS, bank APIs, finance app APIs)
  • - Events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)

Transactions received during temporary outages are queued and retried automatically. No transaction data is lost due to momentary downtime.

9. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

  • - Use the Service only for personal, non-commercial transaction syncing
  • - Not attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload the Service
  • - Not share your account or resell access to the Service
  • - Keep your API tokens and webhook URLs confidential
  • - Comply with the terms of service of your bank and finance app

10. API tokens & credentials

Some integrations require you to provide API tokens or personal access tokens. By providing a token, you confirm that:

  • - You are authorised to use the token
  • - You understand we will use it solely to forward transactions on your behalf
  • - You can revoke access at any time through your bank or finance app

All tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256 via AWS KMS. We never display or expose tokens after they are saved. See our Privacy Policy for details.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • - The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied
  • - We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • - Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • - We are not liable for missed, delayed, or duplicated transactions, or any financial decisions made based on synced data

12. Termination

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive behaviour, with notice where practicable.

Upon termination, all webhook URLs are immediately deactivated and all stored data (connection config, encrypted tokens) is permanently deleted.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
